I love running my Radiant Woman Retreats and hugely recommend the benefits of taking the time out to really immerse ourselves in deep rest and re connection to the simple things.

I see such huge improvements in a Womans wellbeing in such a short space of time that I am inspired to create more opportunities for it and plan to move into running Retreats in a much bigger way in 2020 with the addition of  Monthly Sacred Rest & Nourish Retreats.

I have personally, been the victim of burn out, stress and adrenal fatigue most of my life and more recently being diagnosed with hypothyroidism led me to look into Yin Yoga and deep rest to re balance my body.

At times in my life i have felt completely overwhelmed, with no where to run, no where to escape, no time to re ground, heal and re set my nervous system.

Over the last 8 months, I have worked with Yin & restorative Yoga, deep rest, nourishing my body with simple food & supplements and i would love to share this with you.
I am in the process of creating Sacred Rest & Nourish Retreats for You, to Retreat and slow down.These Retreats will be focused on taking you inward, back to yourself.
I will be working with Yin & Restorative Yoga, gentle somatic movement, gentle breath practices, nourishing nutrition, time in nature and deep deep rest.
I will be working with Natural Chefs & Nutritionists, with the inclusion of tips on creating simple nourishing and natural food, Workshop time to learn about the healing benefits of food, complementary therapists to Nourish and Nurture You on these beautiful Retreats.
Its all about making rest and reflection Sacred, making Food Sacred, making Yoga Sacred, absorbing the benefits of Nature and healing our bodies through Sacred rest.
Working with Nature ant the Elements to bring balance to your nervous system and reset the fight and flight response.
Making Sacred space for you to simply Be isn’t just beneficial it is crucial in this busy and overwhelming world we are living in.
These Retreats will be for you if you are in overwhelm, if you are in burn out, if you need to simply Retreat and recharge.

We will be based mainly at Cherry Blossom Cottage at Harewood House once a month and we will be working with small groups of just 5 special ladies.
