This is an exciting contemporary blend of ancient dance forms, drawn from many roots, including Egypt, India, Africa and Spain. It is a group dance, Gypsy-like in feeling it can be done in twos or with many more dancers. The concept is based on learning moves so that you can dance ‘in the moment’ with others to some fabulous music.
I am trained in Gypsy Caravan Tribal Bellydance with Paulette Rees Denis and also incorporate other flavours of Tribal dance from my own experience, we will also incorporate Yoga stretches for a warm-up and cool down to avoid sore muscles.
