In these sessions we will incorperate a short Journal session to clear your mind.
Movement to release any stress or tension from your day and a short Yoga sequence to balance energy flow.
A Spiritdrum relaxation to move you into the slower brainwave state.
Ending with a 20 – 25 minute sit in Dru Prana shanti Meditation.
