Hello lovely ones, this evening we have our first Radiant Womens Circle of 2020 and I had a think about what is relevant for me at this time of Year.

I aren’t really one for making resolutions, I like to feel into the energy and what my body wants at these turning points of the Year.

So in my Meditations and observances on a daily basis I came to the conclusion that what my body needs, and likes at this time of the Year is a focus on Wellness, we are still in a time of hibernation and restore, planning and reflection are great, but action is not so great.

Its lovely to enjoy the last part of this hibernation phase of the Year to take the time to nourish ourselves, rest up where we can and really appreciate out health and wellness. So here are the Journal prompts for this Month, make yourself a cuppa, create a Scared space for yourself and enjoy time with you.
